1 8oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup onion finely chopped
1 15 oz. can artichoke hearts drained & chopped
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in a shallow baking dish or pie plate,

Bake 375 20 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
