1 lb. Pinto Beans
1 clove Garlic
1/2 C chopped Onion
1 Jalapeno



Directions:
Directions:
Boil beans with garlic and 1/4 C onion. When soft mash beans. In a seperate pan take some lard and burn remainder of onion and jalapeno. Strain out onion and pepper and add lard to beans along with some water or chicken stock to desired consistancy.
