1 small box sugar free or regular instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
15 oz can Libby's pumpkin (not pie mix)
4 oz Cool Whip (1/2 of an 8 oz tub)
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and chill. You can add skim milk to make it of a lighter consistency if you like.
