1 #2 size can Pineapple Tidbits
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 C Sugar
1 T Cornstarch
1/2 Lb. Minature Marshmallows
1 C Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Pineapple, add the lemon juice to the pineapple juice. Add the eggs sugar and cornstarch cook until thickened. Cool until lukewarm. Add pineapple tidbits and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Chill
