1 pd. boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 T butter
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 Cup green chile salsa, mild or picante style
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet, cook chicken and onion in butter until chicken is tender. Mix in remaining ingredients except tortillas. Simmer, uncovered, until desired consistency. Fill tortillas. Garnish with green chilies, shredded lettuce and cheese, fold and grill burritos on the barbecue until moist and steamy or crisp and golden brown. Top with onions, avocado slices, sour cream and salsa.
