2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1-15 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice

2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and crushed pineapple with juice well. Add eggs and baking soda. Blend and pour into an ungreased baking pan.

Bake at 350 until tests done--approximately 30 - 35 min. Frost while still hot:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 stick oleo

Heat to boiling, boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add:

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well and pour on cake.
