6 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. flour, 3 T. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 t. salt, 1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 c. butter, 2 large Granny Smith apples, 3 T. brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt & cinnamon in a blender & set aside. Put butter or margarine in a 9 X 13" glass baking dish & set in oven to melt butter, being careful not to let it burn. Remove pan from oven & add peeled & thinly sliced apples. Put in oven till butter sizzles; remove. Blend ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour slowly over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately. Can be served as is or with maple syrup.
