1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1 C white vinegar
1 C sugar
2 C mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 lb cooked rotini
2 or 3 carrots, grated
1 green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, the vinegar, sugar, and mayonnaise. Pour over the cooked rotini, grated carrots, and chopped green pepper and mix well. Refrigerate. Stir again before serving.
