3 large eggs, 30 oz. can pumpkin pie filling, 12 oz. can evaporated milk, 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 3/4 c. white sugar, 1 t. vanilla, 1/2 t. salt.

Topping:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1-1/2 sticks melted butter, 3/4 c. chopped pecans.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom of a 9 X 13" pan. Beat eggs & add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on filling. Drizzle butter over cake mix. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven & sprinkle pecans on top & bake another 20-30 minutes till set.
Serve at room temperature with whipped topping.

Note: 2 T. sorghum can be added to all pumpkin recipes to enhance flavor.

This recipe is very simple to make. It tastes like pumpkin pie without the crust. It's one of my favorite desserts.
I normally reduce the amount of cake mix & use about 2/3 of the pkg.
