16 oz. box Angel Food Cake Mix, 16. oz. can Lemon Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to directions on box. Add pie filling to batter & mix till well blended.
Bake in ungreased jelly roll pan (15" X 10") for 20 minutes at 350. Cool & frost with your favorite cream cheese, vanilla or lemon frosting.

This recipe came from Lorraine Ayers from Ridgeway many years ago. I was at a funeral luncheon at St. Bridget's Church & liked the bars & Lorraine gave me the recipe. They are simple to make and very light and tasty. (Milly).
