Crust
1 1/2 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 3/4 c. quick oats

Mix like cookies. Save 1 cup of dough for topping. Pat in greased large jelly-roll pan.

Fudge topping

1-12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla

Melt in microwave and mix together.

Pour on top of unbaked cookie dough. Place blobs of saved cookie dough on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake!
