Biscuit Cake
2 c. four
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg beaten
2/3 c. milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add all dry ingredient together. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg and milk, stirring by hand just enough to moisten. Spread dough in greased pie pan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.

Topping
3 to 4 c. strawberries, washed and sliced mixed with sugar to taste.
Cool whip.

Cut cake into desired-size slices. Top with strawberries and cool whip.
