3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
12 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 lb. mozzarella, grated
1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
Garlic powder

Directions:
Cook and drain spinach. Brown beef. Add seasonings and mix in spinach. Cook noodles. Rinse and drain. Arrange 1/2 of noodles in buttered 9x13" pan. Top with 1/2 meat, cheese, and soup mixted with tomato sauce. Repeat using all noodles, meat, cheese and soup. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
