8 half chicken breasts, skinned & boneless

2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

Bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic. Marinate chicken in sauce for 24 hours.

Melt butter & shortening in pan. Roll chicken in bread crumbs and place in baking dish with melted oils. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, basting the last 15 min.
