3 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground sausage
2 eggs
2 t sage
1 T Salt
1 t pepper
1 onion -diced
3/4 c bread crumbs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, but just half a can of the soup. Form into small balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet to brown. Place in oven close to heat source. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine remaining soup with 1 can water and the drippings from the browned meat. Put meatballs in oven safe pan and pour gravy over top. Cover pan with foil and cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees. This can also be cooked slower in a crock pot.
