2 cups cut up cooked turkey
4 cans turkey or chicken broth (approx. 2 quarts)
4 16 oz. cans hominy (2 white, 2 yellow)
1 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
8-10 limes
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp thyme
1 small can green chopped chilies
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Bag of tortilla chips (or make your own on a stone)

Bring broth, turkey, and vegetables (no need to drain hominy) to a boil. Reduce heat and add the juice of 4-6 limes. Serve over crushed tortilla chips. Squeeze 1/4 lime on each bowl and sprinkle with cheese.
