11 oz. warm water
2 tbs olive oil
3 cups 3 tbs flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (or 2 tsp quick rise yeast)
1/2 cup corn meal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Knead dough for 10 minutes. Rise 1 hour or until dough doubles in size. Punch down and rise 15 more minutes. Roll dough on Large Round Baking Stone. For best results, keep center of pizza dough thinner than edges. Top with desired toppings and bake according to pizza directions.
