2 lbs. frozen Hash Browns (not shredded)
1/2 c. of diced onion
1 pt. of sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. of butter
8 oz. bag of shredded SHARP cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw taters for 30 minutes.
Combine ALL ingredients.
Place in a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for one hour and ten minutes.
