1 c. peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
1 c. packed light or dark brown sugar
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 t. baking soda
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips ( 6 oz.)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º.
2. In medium size bowl, beat together the peanut butter,
brown sugar, egg and baking soda until the mixture is
smooth and well blended.
3. Stir in chips, until well blended.
4. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking
sheets, two inches apart.
5. Bake one baking sheet at a time, until cookies are
puffed and slightly golden, but still soft to the
touch...about 10 minutes.
6. Cool completely, then enjoy!
