5 chicken breasts, cubed into 1" pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter, seperated
1/2 c onions
4 tbsp flour
2 tsp cumin
3 cans chicken broth
4 cans rinsed Northern Beans
1 4oz. can diced green chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in olive oil and 2 tbsp butter until done and remove from pan (set aside). Add onions and cumin and saute 4 minutes. Add remaining butter and flour. Cook and stir for 2 minutes, add broth. Cook and stir until bubbly add the beans and chili peppers. Add chicken and salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
