1 lb. lean ground beef

1 3/4 c. water
2/3 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. uncooked minute rice

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium heat, drain.

Add water, ketchup, and mustard. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.

Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
