4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt & Pepper for seasoning

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c. water

2 c. uncooked minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breast halves in hot oil five minutes on each side in large non-stick skillet. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from pan.

Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice, top with chicken and cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Stir & serve.
