2 c. chopped brocolli
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blend soup, lemon juice, curry powder, & mayonnaise together. In 9"x 13" casserole dish, layer 1 c. chopped brocolli, 1 c. cubed chicken or turkey, and half of the blended ingredients. Add another layer of brocolli, cubed chicken or turkey, and sauce. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes or until cheese melts.
