1 tsp oil
1 lb hamburger
1 large or 2 small zucchini
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 small onions, diced
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tomato, diced
1 c cheddar cheese
1 c bread cubes
1/4 c butter, melted

Put oil in frying pay. Add hamburger and cook until done. Drain. Set aside. Saute zucchini, green pepper and onion until tender. Add salt and pepper then oregano. This gives a good taste. Add tomatoes and hamburger. Put in casserole dish and cover with cheese. Combine bread cubes with melted butter. Place on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
