"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Box yellow cake mix
1 large box of sugar and fat free vanilla pudding
Bananas
Cool Whip
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Make yellow cake by directions on box.
While cake is baking make up the vanilla instant pudding I use 3/4 cup less milk than called for, makes the pudding thicker. Refrigerate and let set completely.

When cake is done and cooled completely put the vanilla pudding on top and then put the bananas or any fruit of your choice. (I have used crushed pineapple, strawberries, peaches) Then put on the cool whip and last sprinkle the coconut on top.

Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
