1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well.

Pour into greased 15"x10"x1" (jelly roll) pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool & frost with following:

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1, 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Blend together until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
