2 - 1/2 lb. Chuck Roast
1 - 12oz. jar beef gravy
1 cup chopped onion
1 T. chili sauce
2 T. vinegar
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. horseradish
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gravy, onions, chili sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, horseradish and garlic salt and pour over browned beef.

Bake at 325 degrees, covered, for 3 to 4 hours. When meat is tender, thicken gravy and serve over potatoes.
