3-4 med. potatos, peeled and diced.
2-3 hard boiled eggs
Sweet pickles cut up into small pieces
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbls. prepared mustard
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 tsp salt to cold water, add potatos and eggs in same water, bring to a boil. Cook until potatos are tender, drain. Chop eggs and add to potatos, along with desired amount of sweet pickles. Mix together rest of ingredients and mix well. Chill well.

You can add chopped onions or celery if desired. We prefer without. Also, easy to make with left over mashed potatos.
