Crust:
c butter
1/3 c. sugar
tsp. Vanilla
1 c. flour
Filling:
8 oz. Cream cheese
c. sugar
1 egg
tsp. Vanilla
Topping:
2 cups sliced apple
c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: cream butter and sugar until fluffy, beat in vanilla. Add flour and mix until blended. Spread in the bottom and up 1 1/2 of greased 9 springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add egg, vanilla and sugar and beat until well blended. Spread cream cheese over crust.
Arrange apple slices decoratively over the cream cheese. Mix sugar, cinnamon and pecans and sprinkle over the apple slices.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes, until brown.
