3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans
1/3 c. all purpose flour
3 T. butter, melted
1 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a mixing bowl mix together the sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cream until smooth. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. In another bowl mix togther the brown sugar with flour,and butter until crumbly. Pour in the pecans. Sprinkle over top of the sweet potatoes and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows. Return to the oven and place under broiler until marshmallows are golden brown.
