2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1 2/3 c. crushed tomatoes
1/4 c. ketchup
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. steak sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
In a high walled skillet cook the beef, onions, celery and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer uncovered for 35-45 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve on steamed rolls or buns.
