2 T. vinegar
1 stick of butter
1/4 c. black pepper
1/4 c. minced garlic
1/2 c. Italian seasoning

2 T. of red pepper, more or less to taste
7-8 lbs of chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan place 2 cups of Red Hot,brown sugar, vinegar and butter over low heat until the sugar is incorporated into the melted butter and is no longer grainy.

Rinse and drain the wings. Pour 1/2 cup of red hot over the wings and toss to coat. Add the dried seasonings over the coated wings and toss. You will lose some of the seasoned coating in the cooking so don't skimp. Place the wings on a gas grill or smoker and slow cook at a low temperature. After 20 minutes baste the wings with the sauce. Continue to baste your wings every 10 minutes. Cook the wings until the break at the joint.
