10 oz. tomato soup
1 c. water
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 lbs. cubed beef chuck
3 med. carrots, peeled and sliced
3 med. onions, peeled and quartered
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cubbed
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
12 whole mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the tomato soup with water and flour until smooth. Combine the remaining ingredients in a covered roaster pan and pour the soup mixture over the op. Bake at 275 for 5 hours. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
