6 T. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. shallots, minced
2 T. chives, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 lbs. large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the broiler to a high temperature. In a small mixing bowl combine the butter, oil, garlic,shallots, chives, salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle in the cheese and mix well. Toss the shrimp into the mix until well coated. Pour shimp onto a broiler pan and broil them as close as possible for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until pink.
