30 lg. peeled and deveined shrimp, raw
15 bacon slices, partially cooked
vegetable oil, as needed
1 c. barbecue sauce
15 bamboo skewers, soaked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Open your bamboo skewers and submerge them into water at least 1 hour. Preheat the grill or oven broiler. Thread a shrimp onto the end of your skewer and carefully place the end of your bacon piece. Alternate shrimp and bacon until your kabob looks like a piece of ribbon candy. Broil or grill your shrimp until the bacon is crispy on all sides and the shrimp turns pink, approximately 3-6 minutes each side. Baste with barbecue sauce.
