2 c. dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
1/3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and drained
1 T. minced flat leaf parsley
1/2 c. diced ripe tomato
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 T. cider vinegar
3 T. sour cream
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, parsley and tomato. In a small bowl, whisk together the macaroni, mustard, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 6 hours.
