6 hard boiled, finely chopped eggs
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. olives, stuffed
2 T. green onions, minced
2 T. parsley,minced
1 T. dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Thoroughly mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Spead over favorite sandwich bread.
