8 c. cubed and cooked potatoes
16 oz. sweet pickle relish
6 oz. dill pickle relish
1 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
2 c. sweet onions, diced fine
1/3 c. French's Yellow Mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
12 eggs, hard boiled
salt to taste
1/4 c. melted bacon fat

Directions:
Directions:
After cooking the potatoes to the fork pierce stage, drain very well. Mash immediately making sure to leave several lumps. Stir in the melted bacon fat to the hot potatoes. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time while potatoes are hot, stirring after each addition. Chill at least 4 hours.
