1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
3 cloves garlic, crushed
28 oz. can tomato puree
2 - 15 oz. cans kidney beans (drain 1 can)
1 tsp. salt
black pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

In the crock pot, on low, 4-8 hours. No stirring necessary!
