1 cup white vinegar, 1 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup veg. oil, 1 tsp. celery salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, dash garlic powder, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard prepared, 2 oz. jar pimentos; rinsed and drained, 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley, 2-3 cucumbers peeled sliced and chopped, 1/2 cup sliced green onions, 1 lb. mostaccioli noodles; cooked/rinsed/drained.

Whisk together ingredients. Pour over noodles and vegetables. Refrigerate and stir occasionally.
