1 T. unflavored gelatin
1 T. prepared mustard
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. mayonnaise or dressing
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. hot water
2ea 7oz cans flaked tuna
1 c. thin sliced celery
1/3 c. diced cucumber
1 T. thinly sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot water and stir to dissolve. Cool. Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Chill until partially set. Fold in tuna, celery, cucumber and onion. Pour into 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 loaf pan and chill until firm. Garnish with tomato slices.
