Baked Spare Ribs Recipe

2 Full Spare Ribs cut in half
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped apples
1 T. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 T. sugar
Flour Mixture:
2 T. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
few grains of pepper

Mix Dressing ingredients and spread dressing on bottom halves of ribs, put top halves on and lace together. Top with Flour Mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then at 325 for 1 hour.
