1 bag (16oz) frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4oz)
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (2.8 oz) durkee fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper. and 1/2 can of fried onions. Pour into a 1-2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 for 30 mins. top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered 5 mins. longer.
