1 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup sour cream or yogurt
2/3 Cup crumbled blue cheese
3 tbsps.milk
2 tsps. lemon juice
1 tsp.Dijon mustard
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt, blue cheese, milk, lemon juice, mustard and pepper in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
