Italian Sausages (lg. package)
1 medium onion
2 green or red peppers
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp galic or fresh clove +
1 can tomato bique soup
1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
cut sausage into 3 inch pieces
prick w/ fork place in large pot of water-cover & cook until no longer pink
drain & brown sausage
cut peppers & onion into rings sautev(might have to add some extra water)
& add basil, garlic, soup & water
put into crock pot
serve with rolls
