1 1/2 stick butter
2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 c raw apples

Directions:
Directions:
Cream all ingredients together and add flour. Add raw apples. Optional is 1 c black walnuts or any nut. Place in 9 x13 pan, bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing. Icing is 1/2 cup butter, 1-8 oz cream cheese, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Combine butter and cream cheese and lightly blend. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, blend and spread over cake.
