1 lb red potatoes, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 oz fat-free Italian salad dressing
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 hard cooked eggs
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine 1 egg chopped, potatoes, celery and
onions. Combine the salad dressing, mayonnaise and
mustard; pour 1/2 cup over potato mixture. Toss to coat. Cover
and chill. Add remaining dressing just before serving. Garnish
with the other egg sliced and sprinkle with paprika.
