1 tsp. Paprika
1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tbsp. Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dry white wine
2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Ground pepper
2 salmon steaks
vegetable cooking spray
8 lemon wedges
Fresh parsley sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire
whisk until blended. Set aside.

Sprinkle pepper evenly over both sides of salmon. Place
salmon on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray, and place
rack on a broiler pan. Broil 3 from heat 2 1/2 minutes on each
side or until fish flakes easily. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over
salmon and serve with lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley.
