Large Shrimp
Spinach
Feta Cheese
Oil
Garlic
Bacon
Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Butterfly shrimp, stuff with feta cheese, then wrap with bacon (use toothpicks to close if necessary). Broil approximately 2 minutes per side.

Saute garlic and red pepper in olive oil. Add spinach as soon as oil is heated.

Serve shrimp over spinach.

Don't let Mike know you're making these. He won't be able to resist. He asks for this all the time. Feel free to make this for dinner as well. 2-3 shrimp is good for an appetizer and 3-4 are good for a dinner. Enjoy this!!!
