"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

1 large bag of Nacho Doritos
1 small chopped onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can or Rotelle's Tomatoes Diced
1 bag of grated cheddar cheese
5 cooked chicken breast- cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups, tomatoes and onions. In a 9 X 13 pan layer chips (enough to cover the bottom on pan), half the chicken, half the sauce, half the cheese, repeat. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Serve with sour cream.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use 2 cans of cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom, (picky eaters!) and I have substituted salsa for the Rotelle's Tomatoes Diced. This is a fast casserole and makes a good meal with a tossed salad.
